At Cue Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unused condition and include all professional packaging and accessories.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original protective casing and shipping box to ensure cues and accessories are not damaged during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
